The package had been delivered by FedEx, left on the porch since no one had been home.

"Mama! This is for you!" Madison held up the box.

Jeannie took it from her, it was relatively heavy for its size.

The return address was Colorado. "It's from your Uncle Mer!" she told Madison.

They set the package on the table; Jeannie tore off the packing tape.

A snowfall of Styrofoam erupted from the tightly packed box. Jeannie swept away the packing to dig for the contents.

"A snowglobe!" Madison clapped her hands in glee. "And with a fairy castle inside it!"

More than that, Jeannie thought fondly. Atlantis.

The spires of the city did look like a fairy tale castle. The base of the globe was clear blue, both the color of the ocean and the color of Mer's eyes.

"Gently," Jeannie warned as Madison shook the globe, although it looked sturdy enough. The 'snow' swirled in the globe, gently floating about the city. As Jeannie looked closer, she suddenly giggled.

"What is it?" Madison asked, peering into the globe.

"Your Uncle John must have had a hand in this," she explained.

Spiraling around the city was a miniature Puddle Jumper.
